Sometimes it’s hard to see through the fog of our daily lives. Clarity seems elusive. As a qualified therapist I can enable you to pause and reflect on your actions and find your way to a better life. We all have strengths but we don’t always recognise them in ourselves.
Over the last 20 years I have developed and used different therapeutic approaches. Here is where you can find out about the different ways I can work with you. We will agree the ways that you feel most comfortable with, and start on our journey to achieve results.
(Sessions are 50 minutes of consultation time plus we allow 10 minutes for preparation and notes, totalling 60 minutes).
For relationship, work related issues and problems with everyday life it is useful to describe what has taken place and how you feel and react to these events.
I often find a combination of talking therapy and other techniques such as NLP and EFT are particularly effective.
In couples therapy the emphasis shifts away from the individual to an examination of your relationship. I can ask the questions that are difficult for you to ask each other, especially in relation to issues of trust, anger and problems of a sexual nature.
